Look for priority options and other benefits for being an established customer or a retainer option that reserves the service in case of an emergency glass replacement. Keep in mind that you can become an established customer on the first day of service usually by agreeing to a contract rather than going on a service by service call basis.

Something you may not think to ask about are discounted services. Ideally you are looking for discounts on services that will matter when you need them, especially during emergency glass repair. For example, if your business is broken into and the glass needs replacement then you may want a discount on the parts or labour. If they can't handle the repair, due to needing to order replacement glass, you may want a discount on boarding services. Boarding services include boarding up the window, removing the glass, and keeping the area safe from water damage or debris until the replacement glass can get there.

Though this is true for any business, it is especially true if the glass you are dealing with is a unique design, vintage, or specialty for a particular type of business. For example, you may have a tempered glass in a business lab or construction area that needs emergency repair. You want a repair technician that offers a background in dealing with tempered glass to ensure your issue is repaired properly.
